Consider resurrecting some material in the Trivia section. #49

There are bits of advice under the previous so-called "Trivia" heading that I think are worth retaining: taulbee survey, the bit about rankings, not getting any work done, thank you emails, and the value of colluding. Some of these things have snuck in to the other sections, but not all. And, the material is a bit more of the inside baseball and/or conversational/personal nature that I think our readership has historically valued.

I'm not sure the best way to include it given the current structure, figured it best to open an issue for discussion instead of making a unilateral decision. Will tag @weimer @CelloCorgi and @kevinaangstadt as primary maintainers to see what yinz think.

You did this and I followed up by unifying some of the bits and extending them, so I believe this is resolved.
