Updates to ch_hydroraph_plot to address CRAN issue 6 #80

Update to ch_hydrograph_plot

removed the parameter for plot mode
added on.exit and removed other change of parameters
changed some additional boolean T to TRUE
updated default label to include expression syntax for m^3/s
