Added ch_catchment_hyps function Added code to prevent ch_saga functions from being run with unsupported versions of SAGA.

Minor fixes to typos and to the ch_catchment_hyps example

needed the raster library call in the example for plots to handle the rasters properly
example was calling ch_catch_hyps instead of ch_catchment_hyps
added a second quantile to the last example as that is more fun than using a single quantile in that call
