Adds minor changes to make the following destructive methods to become resilient to re-destruction:
CChannelXSect::DestroyAllChannelXSections();
CLandUseClass::DestroyAllLUClasses();
CSoilClass::DestroyAllSoilClasses();
CSoilProfile::DestroyAllSoilProfiles();
CTerrainClass::DestroyAllTerrainClasses();
CVegetationClass::DestroyAllVegClasses().
Does not impact existing uses of these functions, but avoids the 'breaking' of NextGen when Raven is used in more than one realization in a single NextGen run.
