Navbar background-color #5

On Scroll at a certain distance, the Transparent Header should turn to any color (Background-color should applied)

Could you please guide me how to push my changes here I made the assigned changes issue: conflict branches (here I tried to push my main branch and create a pull req) and another I tried Is created a new 'navbar_feature' branch in forked repo but unable to find 'create pull req' button
