Make a dialog to enter the player's name

Before entering any game, make a dialog appear, which should take the player's name. If the player wins any game, say "Congratulations " in the end, just above the dialog of scores. Don't make the name to be required. If the player doesn't enter any name, keep the default name be "Player"
