modifying from OP ontology resources to PUV #13

We're moving away from the OP ontology to use the PUV ontology (https://github.com/CSIRO-enviro-informatics/PUV-ont) as this aligns with vocabularies managed by NERC. This PR features replacement terms to align with these PUV semantics.

Just checking that you're aware that this is not the same dpn-ontology used by eReefs?

(No problem having the changes in both spots, of course, but the eReefs one also has some other changes that were made along the way).
