This PR anticipates the use of the Loc-I Geometry Data service URIs for geometries and refactors code in the Loc-I Explorer app to:

a) Search using the new Find-By-Location API in the loci-integration-api which uses the Geometry Data Service's search by latlng interface b) Rendering GDS based geometry URIs

Screenshot showing geometries coming from GDS. Also updated graph viz and search results for find-by-location.
