Extend Test Case D and curate test data for G-NAF #3

Create a set of test cases for G-NAF so we can power tests for Loc-I cache builds and API responses. Follow style as per https://github.com/CSIRO-enviro-informatics/loci-testdata/wiki/Test-case-D.

Create csv test data as per other datasets i.e. https://github.com/CSIRO-enviro-informatics/loci-testdata/tree/master/test-case-d

Spot testing

Ensure integrity of the outputs for use in applications (iderDown, Excelerator) and cache

We should be working off GNAF as of 2016.
