Rework logic for footer height calculations on mobile #205

Close #43

Adjusts the height of the footer image on mobile by making it relative to the footer instead of the entire page. This helps to reduce the graininess of the image. Also adjusted padding & margins to smooth out the gradient as it fades into the footer.
