dropped in initial written content, with labeled parts (to be used with Waypoints in the next step)
styles directly taken from codepen, little else added (one minor change is the use of text-container vs scrollText)

@jnschrag Fixed this up!

Adjusted top value for the navigation (and added a breakpoint for the desktop value)
Added style to wrapper that overrides default overflow
