README,md file of GitHub need to be simplified, make general user easier to understand. On README file, list systems support? On Java War package section, will this works on computers behind Firewall? Assume running on Linux/Unix, is it possible write a shell script check package prerequisite? A link to GitHub download page on Demo http://cube.csiss.gmu.edu/CyberConnector/web/covali A tutorial page. using demo page (see 4)? A sample dataset (maybe 1 year NCEP/NCAR reanalysis 1 loaded on GMU server?) people able to play on demo page? Most people like to hand on first before they go through all the troubles to install full package.
