@Hermanoid ready for review. Writing this before github action inevitably fails (driverstation_gui) does not exist in this branch so i expect it to fail. Can just ignore the check as the fact that it gets past the first step (docker pull) is the whole point of this branch.

Also don't know if you've used github actions before, but I'd like some input on those files aswell.
