Cognito Profile #27

Make a cognito based profile (need to adjust under auth to include phone number potentially)... currently the profile page will include first + last name, email, and phone number.

since there is an issue when I try to adjust the information that cognito collects, I do not want to risk messing the app up completely. When I create a successful new app, I will try this again.
