Update legend, build, and styling #18

Bugfixes in legend to get it working again
Simplify grunt configuration
Separate build into core, core + mixins, and core + mixins + chart/components
Improve default styling and configuration
Change component margins to pixels
Handle display: false for labels
Fixes for createScale
Some simplifications and add lots of comments
