@FrancisMawn I had to run ./craft project-config/sync to fix a 503 after pulling the latest of develop and merging project.yaml. After the sync was done, the Page Builder block groups were undone so I added another commit to this PR to add the block groups and removed the unused Form block that had to be removed along with the other form builder artifacts.

Issues with project.yaml sync, will close for now.
