Touch event support #15

Even though it would always be more limited than mouse/keyboard, it would be nice to have basic support for hiding stuff on an iPad.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll see what I can do about switching to use PEP, or figure out a way to use gestures, or something.

Just being able to hide stuff would be great. For more complex stuff, tapping a button before tapping the page might be enough (gestures would likely over complicate things)

Any progress on this? At least being able to drag the Printliminator box around would be great, since it often hides some of the elements to remove.
