Add OpenDyslexic Mono #88

Adds OpenDyslexic Mono by @antijingoist. Hashtag a11y

@chriscoyier, because OpenDyslexic is larger than average, the present screenshots for html, js, and charmap crop off characters on the right side. I’m not sure if or how you’d like that addressed. Do you want smaller font-size declaration in the stylesheet? Or a different resolution for the screenshots? Something else?

Yep I think it's worth kicking down the font-size a smidge just so the whole sample can be seen. Thanks so much@
