Washington State as example in Confirm Time Series: 3/18 cases < 3/17 cases. Others ..... #1040

Confirmed cases for Washington daily and time series was 1076 on 3.17. For 3.18 it is down to 1014.

Both are incorrect. And there are many other errors as well. 3/18/20 has 1187 confirmed and 66 deaths 3/17/20 has 1012 confirmed and 55 deaths

Note #1011, #1012, #1013 - it appears the data on the website somehow deviated from the data in GitHub.
