To make my issue clearer: Observed behavior: title is "Coronavirus COVID-19 (2019-nCoV)" Expected behavior: title should be "Coronavirus COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2)"
Reason: 2019-nCoV is obsolete, and should be replaced by SARS-CoV-2.
Please could we NOT do this..... There are too many people who are auto-uploading the data, and to change the name for something more pedantic would give masses of people busy analyzing the data a lot of work.
"Why hasn't my data uploaded today?" After 10 minutes of looking.... "Oh *****! They've changed the file name, how annoying" After 20 minutes fixing the links.... "That's half an hour of my life wasted on something trivial"
There are no ambiguity issues in this - everyone knows that 2019-nCoV and SARS-CoV-2 mean the same thing.
The page title is "Coronavirus COVID-19 (2019-nCoV)". Since the virus was renamed "SARS-CoV-2" on Feb 11, the page title should probably be changed to match.
