Discrepancy on Brazil Confirmed Cases from other sources #1073

Most of the sources here says that the cases ara way above what it shows in the data here. Here in this repository the number of cases shown from yesterday (2020-3-18) is 372, but on other sources is above 500. Why does it differ so much?

Are the numbers on https://gisanddata.maps.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/bda7594740fd40299423467b48e9ecf6 in sync with https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/master/csse_covid_19_data/csse_covid_19_time_series/time_series_19-covid-Confirmed.csv ?

It doesn't seem so, latest entry in Confirmed Cases for Brazil is 793 on csv file while on dashboard it's 977.
