Recovery csv file is being calculated wrong #1104

within the time_series_19-covid-Recovered.csv file at least for the US the recovery changed from historical sum to daily total From the enclosed graph you can see the recovered for US is showing 17 instead of the 120 some

The last two days have been reported as zero recoveries. Have the criteria for recovery changed?
