Any Patient by Patient , Case-By-Case data?

Dear Research group, a Case-By-Case, non agitated data will be greatly appreciated.

I am a 14 years old from HKSAR, China and there are case by case CSVs in Hong Kong. However, it is getting messy to mess around with. Where can I find Patient by Patient, Case by Case data with Age, Onset, Confirmed, Recovery Date, Result (Death or Survival), etc? Many thanks
