France has France/France; United Kingdom/United Kingdom; Netherlands/Netherlands, etc There is no ''/US or US/US or ''/Canada or Canada/Canada or China/China

Explanation : France/France is the mainland agregation , but you have also some overseas territories that are counted apart from the beginning : select France in the column County of your dataset to see them The same for UK and so on
