Suspected wrong data for cases in France, Italy and Spain on March 12th

Please check the data on confirmed cases in France Italy and Spain on March 12, 2020. It's the same number as March 11th for several countries.

Could you please check statistics table here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_coronavirus_pandemic_in_Italy It shows that # of cases in Italy was growing 11, 12, 13 March. But in the data in this site it shows same data for 11 and 12 of March but then huge increase of confirmed cases on 13th of March. Thank you
