Data seems completely off the mark #1278

Data for time_series_19-covid-Confirmed.csv and time_series_covid19_confirmed_global.csv neither seem to match the total confirmed cases on https://www.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/bda7594740fd40299423467b48e9ecf6

And what's the difference between time_series_19-covid-Confirmed.csv and time_series_covid19_confirmed_global.csv?

The new series ("global") were described in issue #1250.

As mentioned elsewhere, the dashboard appears to be updated more frequently than the files.
