There seem to be 26 US data points showing off the western coast of Africa.

Would you mind pointing out a few example row numbers? This would be very helpful for data sanitation for my tracker.

Reviewing the data, they are unassigned rows to states with Lat/Long of 0/0; suggest using Lat/Long of state capital. Sorry for the delay in responding.
