Where can I post my cleaned up timeseries data? #1363

Hello all,

I am relatively new to GithHub. I download the JHU data everyday and make adjustments:

  1. Convert columns to consistent Date format)
  2. ISO3/UN Code enrichments at Continent, Continenta_SubRegion, Intermediary_Region, Country
  3. rollup state data to country level
  4. Get changes over 1-day, 5-day, 8-days for each country
  5. Consolidate CONFIRMED + DEATHS into one file
  6. Clean up column names for consistency/readability
  7. Deduplication/merging of country names for consistency

Anyone interested, please let me know and I can share the file. Also, if this works best to share with everyone, I will be more than happy to do so.

@rmunjuluri , please do not merge the provinces into the country! For example: leave France and French Polynesia (country France) separated otherwise we cannot have a good geographical representation. Thx

Apologies for my ignorance...I see that French Polynesia has its own ISO3 code at PYF. and should be able to map this to a geographic location. I will fix it.

@Papagaiou - Thank you for pointing this out. I will may be set a rule for myself that if I have a ISO3 code that I can use to merge with geodata, I will NOT roll up into the country.

Please do suggest any other issues you see so that I can fix and make this usable.

@Papagaiou - Corrected and updated now....

I left the following Provinces as separate rows (separate from the country), as stand-alone timeseries, They now have their own ISO3 / M49 codes and can be mapped onto a GEOMAP.

Please let me know if this works.
