Wrong data for Italy #1384

Hi, I'm using your data for making forecasts about confirmed, recovered and deaths for Italy. It's a great work you are doing. Anyway I noted that the latest data related to time_series_19-covid-Confirmed.csv, time_series_19-covid-Deaths.csv, time_series_19-covid-Recovered.csv are wrong because the values into the last column are the same as the previous one. I had to modify them manually before processing them. I guess there is an issue about the data archiver.
