Covid 19 US data files up yet? #1465

Readme notifies the global and US data files will be separate. The new Global Data files are up but I have not been able to fine the new US files?

I don’t see them. They update data at 11:59PM UTC. So, maybe they will be uploaded during today’s update.

I notice that the daily_reports have county-level data, including for US. How are these related to the time_series datasets? Cursory glance shows that each daily (dd-mm-yyyy.csv) is a running total of Confirmed, Deaths, etc, but the numbers don't match exactly what's in the time series.

Anyone know what the difference is?
