France country numbers wrongly reported to French Polynesia oversea territory #1515

Starting from 03-22-2020 the data structure changed in daily reports and it seems it has raised an issue on some countries. More specifically I've found that numbers for the French nation are wrongly reported to the French Polynesia oversea territory and the France country entry has disappeared.

As far as I can see it seems the issue is resolved on files after 03-24-2020.

Is there a chance this will be fixed for the file relating to 03-23-2020?

I corrected it in a fork here - https://github.com/gkarthik/COVID-19. I also corrected some issues with Diamond Princess on 3/24 as well and happy to submit a pull request.
