Row numbers do not match for time_series_covid19_recovered_global.csv #1624

The data in csse_covid_19_time_series/time_series_covid19_recovered_global.csv does not have the same locations on the same row numbers as csse_covid_19_time_series/time_series_covid19_cases_global.csv and csse_covid_19_time_series/time_series_covid19_recovered_global.csv.

This means you have to search the data by State/Province and Country/Region to find the recovered value.

Hi lazd, The recovered cases data file will no longer be updated, they mentioned this in #1250
