New York City missing data 3/18 thru 3/21 #1811

It looks like there is a gap in the confirmed cases data for New York City from 3/18 thru 3/21.

@tatef2 Does not exists anymore as seen in https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/blob/master/csse_covid_19_data/csse_covid_19_time_series/time_series_covid19_confirmed_US.csv#L1865. Please close.
