This would be great, but probably hard to find and incomplete since for example CDC stopped sharing number of tests as of today... (they are probably ashamed of such low numbers)
I wrote to the Italian organization Protezione civile and they say that exists a public document here:

To have updated data you should change the final part, note that the month is written in Italian language.

For example: Korea and Italy have many positive cases but they actively searching for new cases.
