Add data for number of tests

I don't know if this data could be easily accessible but it can be very useful:

The number of tests performed

For example: Korea and Italy have many positive cases but they actively searching for new cases.

This would be great, but probably hard to find and incomplete since for example CDC stopped sharing number of tests as of today... (they are probably ashamed of such low numbers)

I wrote to the Italian organization Protezione civile and they say that exists a public document here:

Note that this is a governmental organization, even if they don't use https :-1:

To have updated data you should change the final part, note that the month is written in Italian language.

@CSSEGISandData this can be a good start point to have better data
