Possible duplicate value ITALY 3/11-12/20 in "time_series_covid19_confirmed_global.csv" #1945

There is what appears to be a duplicate of value in csse_covid_19_data/Time_series_covid19_confirmed_global.csv for ITALY on 3/11/20 to 3/12/20

Agree. The number for Italy on 12 March should be 15,113
