Wrong data for Quebec (04-04-2020.csv) #1983

Hello,

Something is odd in the csv file (COVID-19/csse_covid_19_data/csse_covid_19_daily_reports/04-04-2020.csv) for Quebec (Canada).

Same number of Confirmed and Deaths as in previous csv file (04-03-2020.csv).

I've found the same error. 6 997 confirmed cases, 75 deaths Good data here: https://www.quebec.ca/en/health/health-issues/a-z/2019-coronavirus/situation-coronavirus-in-quebec/

I suspect the problem In the data is not affect Quebec only as the number of total confirmed cases for the rest of Canada (aggregated, regardless of Quebec) seems way to low compared to the previous day...

Hi @Pat, nice idea but I've checked, Alberta's, BC's, Ontario,s, were updated yesterday.

Don't forget that Québec's data account for a significative part (almost 900) in Canada's increment yesterday. Anyway, there was definitely an error in the Québec's / Canada's data yesterday. Maybe a communication or data entry problem. Hoping that will be corrected.

The data for 04/04/2020 still not correct. Should be 6997 not 6101.
