Error on Quebec deaths for 2020-04-04 & 2020-04-05 #2008

Issue: The reported COVID-19 deaths for Quebec on 2020-04-04 & 2020-04-05 should be 75 and 94 respectively. Evidence: The current baseline file has erroneous quantities 61 (repeat of 2020-04-03) and 75 respectively. Just to clarify, number of infections seems to be correct (agrees with source 1 mentioned by @Philsnick )
