i have provided a repo for germany. All cases that have been confirmed in Germany so far I list in the repo. The federal state and the county with coordinates is displayed. Afterwards I have the source for each case. Sources I get only from official authorities (ministries of health of the states, the counties, the cities and municipalities). I do not take any newspaper, medium or other source.
Here in Germany we have a massive problem with the information policy regarding the publication of confirmed cases of infection. Each of our 16 federal states proceeds differently or not at all. The Robert Koch Institute, the contact point, updates the figures extremely rarely. Maximum 2 times a day, usually once a day. On weekends there is nothing. (The Robert Koch Institute is subordinate to the Federal Ministry of Health).
You may take the data. Feel free, if you want. I try to update the csv as often as I can during the day.
