Missing or zero confirmed cases?
I use a different database and I see zero cases in, say, Ozark County. PIcked a few other ones at random off your list and also saw zero confirmed cases.
At the time this was submitted some of the missing counties had a few cases confirmed by the state already. It looks like more have been added since then, and the only one still not listed that the state lists cases for is Joplin (7) which is actually a city that's part of 2 different counties (Jasper & Newton) which might be why the state website split it out so that one might not be genuinely "missing."
