Michigan Daily Report New Cases Reversed #2275

JH New Cases for 4/17 and 4/16 are nearly the same but reversed from what Michigan.gov.coronavirus reported.

Total Cases do agree for 4/17, but daily order... MI: 1204 760 JH 750 1214

It appears that JH has it correct.
