13202 minus 13202 = 0 And my sum on all new york cityes is only 55.

Unfortunately is impossible I think, please can you check ?

This is indeed incorrect and an ongoing issue, see #2257. We have been trying to get a response from JHU but nobody is answering

this problem is blocking a lot of applications downnstream.. JHU, please resolve ... is BLOCKING all the downstream study about new york situation

Have you looked into the unassigned entry for NY state as well? If not I think you could find deaths reported as "unassigned" in NY, in fips==90036
