Corrupt Data #2335

The recovery and death data is corrupt for (much too) many countries. These time series should never decrease, and yet they do.

There is no file for ACTIVE. I'm reporting an issue with the the files: time_series_covid19_deaths_global.csv and time_series_covid19_recovered_global.csv. Unless some countries report negative deaths, something is wrong with how these files are compiled.
