Even though the value has not been updated it's still higher than what the state reports. The currently reported value (https://www.health.pa.gov/topics/disease/coronavirus/Pages/Cases.aspx) is 12948. Assuming nursing homes cases are not included in this number it only gets to 14299 (12948 + 1347 residents + 4 employees).
