Notice regarding US data for the weekend of July 4th #2829

As of this writing (July 4 - 2130 EDT) several US states have not updated their data at their reporting sources. These include Louisiana, Minnesota, and Rhode Island who explicitly state that they will not be updating data publicly over portions of this weekend. Additional state's sources, including Connecticut, Kentucky, and New Hampshire, still reflect data from July 3rd. Static data over the weekend for these states is a reflection of the reporting and not in error.

Thank you for this information. It is worth noting that this also applies to several counties, e.g. Tarrant (TX), Los Angeles (CA).

Harris County (Houston) case count data is available from various sources including https://dshs.texas.gov/coronavirus/TexasCOVID19DailyCountyCaseCountData.xlsx but here there's still missing data for the past 3 days
