NYC major discrpencies between Aug & Sept #3177

Numbers in September dropped tens of thousands for multiple columns for New York City in the csse_covid_19_daily_reports folder.

For example: Deaths on August 31st shows 23689 but on September 1st, that number drops to 3170.
