U.S. Map drop-down menu for counties erroneous #3566

Hi!

It seems that the drop-down menu to select county (or equivalent) is not populated correctly. It is not responsive to changes in the states/territory drop-down and has multiple duplicates. Tested on Chrome (Version 87.0.4280.141) Thanks for the great work you are providing!
