Catalonia, Spain added backlogged cases (csse_covid_19_daily_reports) #4219

Hi all,

active cases in Catalonia have more than doubled since yesterday. I suppose this is related to the statement below (from: https://www.rtve.es/noticias/20210610/mapa-del-coronavirus-espana/2004681.shtml):

Health has reported on Monday 14,004 new cases and 133 deaths compared to the total on Wednesday. However, the Ministry indicates that this increase is due to an adjustment in the data of the pandemic in Catalonia, which has incorporated 9,381 cases with a diagnosis date between January 1 and June 6 that had not been previously notified. In addition, this community has added 84 deaths to Wednesday's total, but the report does not explain what dates they correspond to.
