Decrease in deaths in San Mateo, California June 12 #4230

Hello all,

Due to a data issue with deaths being reported for San Mateo County by the California State dashboard, our death totals for June 6 to June 11 were artificially high until corrected by the state in yesterday's update. We're working to get a back distribution to fix our historical data.

The data has been temporarily resolved with #4231 until a proper back distribution is determined.
