Oregon on Oct. 21 announce plans to add 550 backlogged deaths to its reports in the coming weeks. This is separate from #4765. https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/ORDHS/bulletins/2f8912c

Oregon's backlogged deaths are now moving in substantial numbers, with press releases (but not so-structured data) showing how they're backdated here: https://www.oregon.gov/oha/erd/pages/covid-19-news.aspx

E.g.: "Oregon’s 4,470th COVID-19 related death is a 51-year-old man from Clackamas County who tested positive on April 30 and died on July 19 at Providence Portland Medical Center. Presence of underlying conditions is being confirmed."
