Nebraska discontinues county level reporting #4825

Hello all,

In a reversal of their policy change reported in #4691, Nebraska has once again discontinued their reporting of COVID-19 data at the county level. Moving forward, we will be using state-level data from the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and the CDC COVID-19 data portal to update the "unassigned, Nebraska" entry only.

Hi, it looks like you have brought back county reporting for at least some counties in Nebraska, in spite of the above. Do you expect to fill in any of the Nebraska county reports between 2021-05-26 and 2021-09-24?
